Step into the world of world-class Pilates. Our studios are equipped with original GRATZ™ equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel. Workouts are led by certified instructors, including those trained by Jacqueline Martin, a globally renowned Pilates trainer. You can train solo, with a partner, or in small groups of up to six people – in alignment with your body and your preferences.

Your personal trainer is an experienced specialist who, after a consultation and trial session, will create a tailored training plan, refine your exercise technique, and help you achieve your goals. Fitness, body shaping, rehabilitation – your plan is designed exclusively for you.
