Endermology treatment is based on a patented process combining a traditional method of vacuum massage with the use of a device equipped with a special head.

Endermology treatment involves performing a mechanical massage with the use of vacuum. The device used in the treatment is equipped with a special head, which performes the massage of each aspirated skin fold by means of controlled flaps and rollers. In this way, the skin is highly stimulated, which stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin. During the treatment, lipids are additionally liquefied and fibrous septa are broken, leading to reduced body fat and cellulite.

Thanks to this technology, endermology allows for simultaneous triple action: reduction of body fat, smoothing cellulite and firming of the skin.

During the procedure the patient is dressed in a special treatment uniform called endermowear, which protects the skin from direct contact with the head, facilitates slip of rollers and flaps on the surface of the body and suction of the skin fold. During the treatment, the patient is in the lying position and the specialist moves the massaging head on the selected treatment sites. The treatment lasts about several dozen minutes.

Individual sensations during the treatment may vary due to different pain thresholds in each patient. Nevertheless, the endermology treatment is considered as a painless procedure that does not require the use of anesthesia. Its feeling may resemble intense massage.

The effect after endermology is an individual issue dependent on the patient's personal circumstances. The effect may depend on: the number of treatments performed, location and amount of body fat, individual genetic circumstances, as well as lifestyle, diet and performed physical activity.
It is usually recommended to perform a series of 10-15 treatments 2-3 times a week.
The final number of treatments and their frequency is determined during an individual consultation taking into account the patient's individual needs and expectations.

After endermology, the patients may return to their daily activities. It is recommended to hydrate the body, follow a balanced diet, take physical activity during a series of treatments as well as afterwards.

Endermology can be performed in pregnant women during the second and third trimesters after consulting a doctor. During this period, the treatment may only be performed in specific parts of the legs.
