Learn about the Anti-Aging Diet at Sense Med Concept

We are becoming increasingly aware that a proper diet is important in limiting the aging process of our cells. A proper anti-aging diet is not only elimination of such obvious enemies of youth and health from our food as fast foods, highly processed foods and simple sugars, but also the simultaneous supply of nutrients that stimulate our body to regenerative processes.

Remember that our body produces 2 millions of new cells every minute, which is why it is so important to provide it with carefully selected building material. It is primarily antioxidants that destroy free radicals, but also reproduce damaged or degenerated cells. Most of them may be found in vegetables and fruits grown naturally, but also in the so-called superfoods. 

  • Our anti-aging program consists of five well-balanced meals a day that comply with all of the discussed methods of fighting the aging process, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fats and the right amount of protein.
  • It also contains the Java water with a coefficient of 9.2 pH, which does not allow acidification of the body, as well as shots full of vitamins and infusions.
  • It also means steaming, stewing, roasting and cooking at low temperatures.
  • There is no wheat, refined oils or sugar in our diet. There is no evaporated salt, cow’s milk or red meat.
  • However, there is collagen, aloe vera, folic acid and a full range of healthy, fresh products, and also a full range of surprising flavors, i.e. a combination of something enjoyable and beneficial at the same time.

Breakfast

Omlette with dried tomatoes, spinach, artichokes and goat cheese
(ingredients: bio chicken eggs, dried tomatoes, goat cheese, spinach, natural almond milk, artichokes, onion, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, Himalayan salt, black pepper)

Second breakfast at 10:30 a.m.

Jerusalem artichoke cream soup with horseradish
(ingredients: parsley root, celery root, Jerusalem artichoke (sunroot), potatoes, onion, horseradish,
extra virgin olive oil, natural lactose-free yoghurt, chives, Himalayan salt, black pepper)

Lunch at 01:30 p.m.

Veal in porcini mushroom sauce with parsley, buckwheat and pickle cucumber salad
(ingredients: veal, buckwheat, poricni mushrooms, pickle cucumbers, red onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, bio coconut milk, natural gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), thyme, Himalayan salt, black pepper granules)

Snack at 04:30 p.m.

Fit oat cookies with cranberry, banana and apricot
(ingredients: banana, dried apricot, dried cranberry, gluten-free oatmeal)

Dinner at 07:00 p.m.

Tofu with pumpkin chutney and quinoa with kale
(ingredients: quinoa, millet flour, natural tofu, pumpkin, apple, kale, onion, bio chicken eggs, vegetable broth (home-made), coconut milk, extra virgin olive oil, natural gluten-free soy sauce (tamari), apple vinegar made of ripe apples, orange juice, sesame seeds, spicy peppers (chilli), ginger, cinnamon, curry, allspice, coconut sugar, Himalayan salt, black pepper)

Additionally:

Note:

When choosing a program, we suggest a slight reduction of calorific value, which will allow to reduce blood glucose and obtain a normal insulin response, improve DNA repair, delay the aging-related changes in the nervous and endocrine systems, and also help more efficient and controlled substitution of the used cells with the rejuvenated ones.
