“Healthy at work” diet

The "Health at work" diet is a three-meal set designed to be consumed during the working part of the day. It consists of tasty, varied and original dishes allowing you to enjoy eating outside your home while providing the necessary nutrients.

In addition, regular eating allows effective use of energy resources for the functioning of our organs, especially the brain, eliminates eating unhealthy snacks and thus the danger of weight gain when leading a sedentary working lifestyle.

The set consists of a second breakfast, lunch and a snack satisfying 50% of your total daily demand for calories.

Who is this program for?
The "Healthly at work" diet was created for people who eat breakfast at home, and after the entire day at work they go back to eat dinner. During business hours, they do not have time or access to fresh and complete meals.

The program is designed spepcifically for people who intensively work mentally and therefore need proper energy sources and ingredients necessary for the brain. When preparing the meals, we take into account natural plant products and oily fish with proven beneficial effects on concentration and memory processes, eliminating the harmful effects of stress.

The “Healthy at work” diet will help the people who want to loose weight but do not want or can not apply a whole-day diet. By providing three nutritious meals of controlled calorific value, the program helps you control your appetite throughout the rest of the day in an easier manner, while also try foods full of greens, natural grains and other products necessary for health and beauty.

 

The diet is available in three variants, varied in terms of the provided daily calorie intake:
  • Option I provides 50% of the daily calorie intake, including the second breakfast, lunch and snack
  • Option II offers 62% of the daily calorie intake, including breakfast, second breakfast and lunch.
  • Option III offers 73% of the daily calorie intake, including breakfast, lunch and dinner
For example, for Option II, the set consists of the first and second breakfasts and lunch and it is about 62 percent of the daily calorie intake. By choosing for example a 2000 kcal diet, Option II of the “Healthy at work” Diet will provide you with 1240 or 1000 kcal, respectively.

The rest of the required calorie intake should be supplemented in the form of two remaining meals not included in the three-meal set.
