I am a member of the Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease and Gluten Diet. I am the author of many papers on the principles of rational nutrition and food quality. I deal particularly with the relionship between health status and glycemic index in metabolic diseases, including diabetes. I develop diets according to Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska method.
